We are currently seeking a Stagiaire Customer Operations Specialist to join our After Sales & Back Office team in HQ in Padova.

  • Helping the team to manage Customer Service after sales activities (claim management, warranty evaluation, reverse logistics)

  • Supporting the team to manage customer's requests, through different communication channels, and to manage special orders

  • Supporting the Customer Operations and Sales Support team in relation to back office activities

  • Ensuring effective communication with other company functions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Languages or Management

  • Good knowledge of MS-Office Pack (Excel, Power Point, Word)

  • Minimum experience in the role is considered a plus

  • Fluency in English

  • Team player with a proactive orientation to results

  • Genuinely curious
