We are currently seeking a Stagiaire Customer Operations Specialist to join our After Sales & Back Office team in HQ in Padova.
Helping the team to manage Customer Service after sales activities (claim management, warranty evaluation, reverse logistics)
Supporting the team to manage customer's requests, through different communication channels, and to manage special orders
Supporting the Customer Operations and Sales Support team in relation to back office activities
Ensuring effective communication with other company functions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Languages or Management
Good knowledge of MS-Office Pack (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Minimum experience in the role is considered a plus
Fluency in English
Team player with a proactive orientation to results
Genuinely curious
