We are looking for a highly motivated IT Service Desk who will be part of our IT team as an intern and will work in a modern and international contest.

• Supportare il team nella gestione del sistema di ticketing.

• Garantire supporto di primo e secondo livello.

• Collaborare con il team ICT, contribuendo all'aggiornamento della documentazione interna.

• Garantire supporto nelle soluzioni tecnologiche, quali Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac e Apple iOS.

• Laurea in Ingegneria informatica o Diploma tecnico informatico

• Orientamento al servizio

• Buone capacit di comunicazione

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

• Propensione al lavoro di squadra
