We are currently looking for a Stagiaire Supply Chain Jr Project Manager, who will join the Supply Chain team based in Padua.

• Defining the business requirements working closely with Supply Chain teams

• Acting as contact person between Supply Chain teams and IT to ensure that proper project management methodologies are applied

• Producing and maintaining project documentations

• Supporting the Project Manager in specific projects and in the overall project portfolio management

• Maintaining weekly documentations shared between Operations teams

• Identifying potential areas of improvement

• Constantly communicating to ensure correct info is shared on time with the relevant stakeholders

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in STEM academic disciplines

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

• PM certification (is a plus)
