KERING OPERATIONS Procure to Pay Industrial Accountant (Fixed Term)

Manage invoices and payments approvals

Record and issue invoices, imputation and cost evaluation

Ensure the correct keeping of accounting books and mandatory records and the verification, control and filing of tax documents (Intrastat)

Manage inter-company reconciliations

Prepare reports and analysis, following the management needs

Cooperate with controlling department to support the monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities

High school graduate, a university degree in economics will be considered a plus

A former experience in a similar role would be a plus

Knowledgeable about principles that govern the general and fiscal accounting of a company and of national and international accounting standards (IFRS)

Proactive detail-oriented person, with analytical approach, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks

Effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills and agile, collaborative and inclusive approach able to work with a high level of autonomy, when needed

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel especially. The working knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards and/or SAP will be a plus

Fluent in Italian, with a good command of English both written and spoken
