KERING OPERATIONS Worldwide Transport Specialist

Coordinate, organize and controlinbound and outbound flows of all purchased and sold goods, according to delivery priorities, partnering with selected freight forwarders

Developthe sea freight distribution network

Manage direct relationships with shippers to identify and solve specific problems

Verify that shippers and stores receive all the necessary documentation to monitorthe imports and the shipping progress

Follow up special shipments, updating Brand Retail and Supply Chain departments

Interact with the multi-brandand Brand-specific Customer Service teams to provide customers with information on shipments progressand exceptions

Provide Credit Collection department with information and documents on shipments, according to business needs

You are an individual with strong transportation experience gained in a company with a multinational distribution network

You have at least 5 year experience in sea freight, built on operations or sales department

You are a high school graduate, a university degree will be considered a plus

You are an excellent problem solver with strong organizational skills, able to handle priorities and deadlines

You are flexible, data oriented and sensitive to sustainable ways of developing business

You are a proactive and positive team player with excellent communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

You have a strong command of MS Office, especially Excel

You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
