Job Family Group Description - Information & Digital Technologies: Gathers jobs providing support to the business through Information and / or Digital Technologies services and expertise. Includes fields such as IT business solutions, data, Infrastructure management and systems. Job Family Description -Solutions Delivery: Acts as the first point of contact with the business to define needs and collect requirements which be applied to a Product or a Project. Transforms needs into Information or Digital Technologies solutions with the support of other Information & Digital Technologies departments. Provides technical expertise in applications software as well as programming and systems analysis techniques.

We are currently seeking an IT Store Front Office Process Owner based in Milan or in Paris to join our team.

In the context of a worldwide new POS solution implementation, you'll have the opportunity to join a young and dynamic international team whose aim is to support the business reaching its ambitious goals through agile project management principles.

In this role, reporting to the Team Lead, you will be in constant connection with the Scrum team, Business Analyst team and Internal Stakeholder (Kering Brands)

IT Store Front Office Process Owner

You will:

  • Be the key interface towards the business to collect the questions or needs, and be able to distribute the information or knowledge of the different front office it applciation
  • Organize workshops and demos with stakeholders to understand and identify the key elements and showing the results
  • Qualify the business needs to deliver items to feed the backlog of the different Front Office IT application
  • Help in the definition and design of the software creating and adjusting the product vision
  • Collaborate with the Manager on understanding business needs to build a coherent product
  • Understand for each feature the business value delivered

  • 3+ years in Design Thinking, user centric approach and familiar with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and the concepts of MoSCoW, MVP.
  • 3+ years in front office retail operations, preferably in luxury and in an international context.
  • High Communication skills to act as a facilitator with brands and the team
  • Very well organized and delivery oriented
  • Driven by transparency, curiosity, adaptiveness and proactivity
  • Proficiency in English, French is a plus
