We are currently seeking an SAP FI Specialist who will report to the Finance Apps Expert as part of our Order to Cash dynamic team in Milan.

You will work in the SAP Center of Expertise team, part of the SAP Finance department of Kering Technologies. Working closely with our P2P Management, Treasury, Controlling and reporting teams.

• Covering all the project phases, from FIT&GAP analysis to Hypercare, identifying functional specifications documents, performing unit tests and supporting business users during the UAT.
• Ensuring that technical, functional and security requirements are in compliance with the Kering-defined IT standards and Core model.
• Gathering requirements for change requests and managing the portfolio of change requests in the finance domain, delivering functional specifications within the OTC portfolio.
• Following up organizational structure changes with a focus on the ones impacting the OTC finance processes (e.g. E-commerce, Marketplace & Concession integration, Retail integration, Credit/Dispute management, revenue recognition)
• Collaborating with Kernig's Finance Transformation teamto provide support on different initiatives, working with Finance share service teams, BPOs, and Brand Finance teams.

• A Professional with 3 + years of experience in SAP ERP (preferably FMS) with a focus on Finance
• Knowledgeable about SAP FI mandatory, implementation on S/4 HANA as a plus
• Knowledgeable about retail/e-commerce finance integration or proven implementation experience within the fashion industry
• Experienced in full lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP, working with onshore and offshore 3rd party teams
• A collaborative individual, able to work with internal and external stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude
• An effective communicator with good oral and written communication skills, able to negotiate and influence
• A graduate in computer science or business management fields
• Fluent in both English and Italian, with French as a plus
