We are currently seeking aSAP Retail Sales Integration Delivery Managerto join our dinamic team in Milan.
Your opportunity
- As part of our SAP COE (Centre of Expertise), we are currently seeking a SAP Retail Functional Delivery Manager in charge to contribute SAP FMS solution roll-outs in all regions / brands and system's evolutions.
- You will work in a modern and international contest to provide the best IT solutions and related IT projects.
How you will contribute
Within the Retail Back Office domain, you will be the owner of the POS integration stream, that is covering following functional scope : Sales integration from POS systems, Sales Audit and Sales Reporting. You will manage at least one internal team member as well as consultants, and will handle following activities:
Roll-outs projects
- Contribute to the overall multiple deployments (roll-outs) of the SAP Core Model solution, in a position to coordinate, challenge and validate the delivery of IT vendors.
- Participate actively to Go-live and Hypercare phases in supporting the key users in business ramp up with SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team after Post Go-Live period, elaborating business evolutions requests and supporting the resolution of relevant incidents
System evolutions
- Manage all impacts on POS integration stream that would be related to other SAP or Kering Technology projects : CAR upgrade, new POS implementation,
- Prioritize technical and business system evolutions
- Manage design workshops and provide all detailed analysis for arbitrations. Contribute to the delivery of the solution up to Production.
Who you are
- 7 yr+ SAP experience in Retail or Luxury industry, knowledge of POS and Sales Audit are a plus
- System core skills: SAP SD SAP FI & SAP CAR are a plus
- Experience with design, development, testing and implementation of SAP Applications.
- Knowledge of global SAP deployment methodologies and support models
- Previous experience in managing team members
- Detailed oriented excellent ability to plan and organize work of others as well as her/himself
- Good interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate, consult and share information with managers and colleagues within the global and regional matrix
- A graduate in computer science, management information systems (preferably)
- Comfortable in working in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English French is a plus
