A leading Dubai-based conglomerate shaping the future of AI, fintech, healthcare, and more that drives innovation and empowers businesses across the MENA region.

Job Description:

  • Identify, prospect, and close B2B opportunities while managing the full sales cycle from discovery to contract.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
  • Maintain CRM records, track performance, and attend meetings with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • 24 years of B2B sales or business development experience in professional business services
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach, lead generation, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • With strong English communication skills, Arabic is a plus.
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while following guidance.
