Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Key Account Executive in the Horeca Division. The Key Account Executive will manage key client accounts in the Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Caf) sector, ensure the achievement of sales targets, foster strong relationships with clients, and provide tailored solutions for their business needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure monthly targets are achieved for self through volume sales and increasing customer base in the HORECA sector.
  • Efficient negotiation with suppliers on credit, discounts, FOC goods etc. to obtain greater profit margin
  • Timely and efficient delivery of samples and final order to the customer on date of commitment.
  • Efficiently address customer grievances without delays. Aim at achieving zero complaints.
  • Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
  • Report competitor activities to the Business Head
  • Weekly submission of reports (to monitor success and effectiveness
  • Ensure complete understanding of the features and benefits of the product range, market for sourcing products, government quality standards, packaging requirements etc.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Regular collaboration with the sales team and reporting on metrics will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field
  • Knowledge of the FMCG and Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Caf) sectors
  • UAE Driving license
  • Account Management, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Strong Sales, Business Development, and Market Analysis abilities
  • Effective Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proficient in crafting strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives
  • Experience in managing key accounts and client engagement to foster long-term partnerships
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver measurable results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
