About Our Client

Our client is a leading consumer products company with a significant global presence in the beauty and wellness sector. They operate in over 25 countries across emerging markets in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business objectives and deliver results in the UAE.

Qualification & Experience

  • At least 5-7 years of FMCG sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade/Export Business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key retail accounts across the Middle East business and be accountable for revenue and trading profit objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing distribution alliances between our client and respective country partners.
  • Deliver budgeted business-wise top-line performance and net contribution.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams for timely servicing of orders.
  • Plan and forecast the annual business plan for assigned customers, including new product launches, product lists, sales performance, profitability, demand forecasting, and promotional campaign planning and execution for increasing brand visibility.
  • Expand our client's portfolio in different countries, maximize sales, and ensure business continuity.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of markets in terms of potential, size, and share for the products.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of food & cosmetic laws applicable to the relevant geographies.
  • Benchmark competitor pricing and branding, maintaining a repository of all relevant data.
  • Ensure periodic reconciliation of accounts from channel partners and key customers.
