Job Description

Job Title : Key Account Executive Retail

Department: Key Accounts

Reports To: Sales Manager

Role Purpose:

To manage and grow strategic retail key accounts, ensuring sales growth, relationship management, merchandising compliance, and revenue sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned key retail accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits and ensure product visibility & merchandising.
  • Coordinate promotions, new launches, and special offers with accounts.
  • Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Monitor stock availability at client locations and coordinate replenishment.
  • Resolve client issues related to delivery, pricing, or service.
  • Track account performance and prepare sales & collection reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation (contracts, price lists, approvals).
  • Update CRM/ERP with visits, orders, and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 35 years experience in retail or key account sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • CRM/ERP experience.
  • UAE market experience.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
