Job Title : Key Account Executive Retail
Department: Key Accounts
Reports To: Sales Manager
Role Purpose:
To manage and grow strategic retail key accounts, ensuring sales growth, relationship management, merchandising compliance, and revenue sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned key retail accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure product visibility & merchandising.
- Coordinate promotions, new launches, and special offers with accounts.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Monitor stock availability at client locations and coordinate replenishment.
- Resolve client issues related to delivery, pricing, or service.
- Track account performance and prepare sales & collection reports.
- Ensure proper documentation (contracts, price lists, approvals).
- Update CRM/ERP with visits, orders, and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 35 years experience in retail or key account sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- CRM/ERP experience.
- UAE market experience.
- Valid UAE driving license.
