Key Account Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business opportunities from existing clients, and actively identifying sales prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Foster and maintain strong, enduring client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to optimize profitability.
- Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within the territory.
- Provide support in addressing challenging client requests or escalating issues as necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Sales Account Management, Junior Account Manager, or a related role within the Information Technology (IT) industry.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel).
- Experience delivering client-centric solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
