About the Role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with real estate developers, master developers, architects, consultants, and brokerage firms, while actively generating new business opportunities across the UAE.
This role suits a commercially driven professional with strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across the UAE
- Develop new business opportunities within the real estate, architecture, and development ecosystem
- Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and support revenue forecasting
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events
Candidate Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of proven UAE experiencein business development and key account management
- Strong B2B background, preferably within real estate, construction, architecture, exhibitions, or related sectors
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and close value-driven projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license with own car
