We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager specializing in Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing and events to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving business growth by managing and nurturing key accounts while ensuring the successful execution of various BTL activities and events. You will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to execute campaigns that meet and exceed those needs. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive high-quality service, innovative ideas, and effective marketing strategies that align with their business objectives. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing contract renewals, upselling additional services, and exploring cross-promotional opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in the BTL and events sector.
  • Create and implement effective account strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, gather feedback, and provide updates.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that align with client goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably in BTL marketing and events.
  • Strong knowledge of BTL strategies, event management, and promotional tactics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive account growth.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
