Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager, to manage and grow strategic client accounts while ensuring service excellence. This role will act as the main commercial and operational point of contact for key clients and will support business growth through strong financial, operational, and relationship management.

  • Manage assigned key accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Develop and monitor account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Negotiate commercial rates and terms in line with profitability objectives.
  • Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of customer data, rate sheets, and commercial models in ERP systems.
  • Define, monitor, and review operational KPIs in coordination with operations teams.
  • Identify and drive account growth opportunities across business lines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong financial, negotiation, and client management skills.
