This is a full-time on-site role, located in Dubai. The Key Account Manager for Digital Assets will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, developing customized business plans, providing superior support to enhance customer satisfaction, and driving growth within the digital assets segment. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, creating strategic solutions, analyzing financial performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business targets.

• Strong expertise in Key Accounts and Account Management, with the ability to nurture and manage client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic thinking for identifying growth opportunities and designing actionable plans.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their specific needs.
• Highly developed Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in the finance or digital assets sector is a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
