Key Account Manager to join our growing team.

3–4 years of experience in the dermatology and aesthetics industry in Qatar, a strong network within the healthcare sector, and a proven track record in account management and sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Understand customers needs and provide tailored solutions that add value to their business.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and customer reports.
- Deliver excellent after-sales support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- (3–4) years of experience in the dermatology and aesthetics field in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (required).
- Native Arabic speaker (required).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about building lasting client relationships.
