Job Description
Key Account Manager – Owner Relations | First Class Property Management, Dubai
First Class is the largest short-term rental management company in the Middle East, with 700+ units, around 92% occupancy and a team of 160+. We manage the full lifecycle for property owners, from fit-out to guest stays to returns, and many of our owners are international investors, particularly from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
We're building a dedicated Owner Relations team. Your job is to keep our most important owners informed, confident and with us for the long term.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of key owners after onboarding, as their single point of contact.
- Explain performance clearly: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and how their unit compares to the market.
- Contact owners proactively with monthly reviews, market updates and a clear plan for each unit.
- Spot at-risk owners early and act before problems turn into termination notices.
- Recommend the right product for each unit: short-term, mid-term, long-term leasing, upgrades or sale.
- Coordinate with revenue management, operations and maintenance to resolve owner issues quickly.
- Handle renewals and upsells within your portfolio.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 6 years in account management, property management, hospitality or asset management.
- Strong analytical skills. You can read a revenue report, spot trends and turn the numbers into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, especially with demanding international investors.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts) and strong PowerPoint skills for owner reports and presentations.
- Fluent English.
- Calm under pressure, organised, and follows through.
- Experience with PriceLabs, a PMS or a CRM is a plus.
What we offer
- AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month (all-inclusive), depending on experience.
- A quarterly performance bonus tied to owner retention and satisfaction.
- A central role in a growing company expanding into other markets
- Direct exposure to leadership.
