Plan and execute trade marketing activities and in-store promotions to increase product visibility and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop point-of-sale materials, displays, and activations.
Monitor and minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and product expiries.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
Track competitor activities and provide insights on pricing, promotions, and product launches.
Bachelor's degree in a medical field (Pharmacy, Medicine) or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in the distribution or FMCG industry.
Proven track record of managing and growing modern trade accounts.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
