We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and excellence. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand service offerings and increase revenue.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze client data to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and potential challenges they face in logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that outline objectives, key performance indicators, and success metrics.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or business development within the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple key accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client presentations and negotiations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
