Job Description

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to success . You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
  • Research new sales opportunities and identify potential customers.
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Track market activities and share relevant insights internally.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for performance measurement.
  • Prepare proposals, submittals, and tenders.
  • Develop action plans and ensure targets are met.
  • Measure customer relationship quality using proper tools and regularly arrange performance review meetings.
  • Prepare and/or approve quotations and tenders.
  • Develop and implement a customer retention strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Solid business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Customer orientation and relationship building.
