Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
- Research new sales opportunities and identify potential customers.
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Track market activities and share relevant insights internally.
- Maintain accurate sales records for performance measurement.
- Prepare proposals, submittals, and tenders.
- Develop action plans and ensure targets are met.
- Measure customer relationship quality using proper tools and regularly arrange performance review meetings.
- Prepare and/or approve quotations and tenders.
- Develop and implement a customer retention strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Solid business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Customer orientation and relationship building.
