About the Role
The Key Account Manager is accountable for the promotion of products & IT solutions through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing / potential partners.One works towards optimizing sales volumes and champions marketing programs and activities in line with the direct manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
- Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Deep Technical Understanding on technologies used in the field of Datacenter, Virtualization, Networking, Backup and Storages, Security.
- Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in an area of specialization.
- Interaction with C-level players.
- Travel around half of the time of your job.
- Sales lead generation and pipeline management using CRM platform with regular, complete, and concise updates.
- Forecast accurately and execute deal closures in a structured and transparent manner.
- Collaborate across various business stakeholders in the defined territory and within various teams.
- Achieve revenue targets for our IT and Cybersecurity solutions for the KSA region selling both to existing customers and to new logos.
- Strategically engage customers with the view of building key relationships and creating the foundation for Application purchases.
- Competency in positioning the portfolio at the C level at a business, IT, and operational level.
- Building a deep and active engagement model with Clients.
- Creating a tailored case for transformation and solution proposal with supporting business cases for each opportunity.
- Specify market requirements for current and future products/services by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to existing and potential customers.
- Execute and supervise the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection.
- Track credit and/or payment performance, review outstanding settlements and manage resolutions accordingly.
- Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress and raise recommendations as and when necessary.
- Promote the company and its services within the Region.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- IT and Cybersecurity Related Certifications.
- From 6 to 8 years experiences.
