Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager (HORECA) stationed in Qesm Heliopolis. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Caf) sector. Day-to-day tasks include developing business strategies, conducting account management activities, analyzing market trends, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration within the industry. The role involves regular interaction with clients to understand and meet their needs while ensuring business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

Develop structured account plans for each strategic client.

Maintain strong business relationships with decision-makers.

Negotiate commercial terms within company policy.

Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities per account.

Ensure compliance with contract terms and agreed service levels.

Monitor account profitability and margin performance.

Coordinate internally to resolve operational issues affecting clients.

Monitor payment discipline and follow up on outstanding balances.

Conduct regular performance reviews with key clients.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Provide accurate sales forecasts for managed accounts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Key Accounts and Account Management to maintain strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experience in Business Planning to develop and execute strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client needs are met effectively
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • A results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant business and CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the HORECA industry will be an advantage
