Location: Dubai

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager/eCommerce Manager to oversee multiple marketplaces presence across the US and EU. As the primary e-commerce manager, you will own the P&L for our major platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Allegro) and drive holistic growth. You will be responsible for defining the overarching marketplace strategy, managing account health, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring we hit our revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategies for Amazon (US/EU), Walmart, and Allegro.
  • P&L & Account Management: Own the revenue, profitability, and overall account health across all designated marketplaces.
  • Operational Oversight: Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs, prevent stockouts, and manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) operations.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Oversee the efforts of Trading and PLA Account Executives to ensure pricing, advertising, and content strategies align with top-level business goals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new product opportunities and oversee successful product launches in both the US and European markets.
  • Reporting: Present monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, market share growth, and areas for improvement.
  • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, specifically with Amazon (Vendor and Seller Central), Walmart Marketplace, and/or EU platforms like Allegro.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering YoY revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, supply chain logistics, and compliance requirements in both the US and EU.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
