Job Description

At Patchi, we're looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to join our Corporate Sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of corporate clients while driving new business opportunities across the UAE. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Develop, grow, and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts while building long-term client relationships.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting.
  • Represent Patchi at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate functions to strengthen brand presence and generate new leads.

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Execute the departmental sales strategy and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and quotations through to order fulfilment and after-sales support.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and account performance reports.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
  • Deliver tailored corporate gifting solutions that meet each client's business objectives.
  • Ensure timely communication while proactively resolving customer concerns and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client orders and projects.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure contracts, quotations, and documentation are processed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates to support effective account management.

Market Insights & Business Growth

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Share market intelligence and contribute ideas that support business development and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Corporate or B2B Sales (UAE market experience is highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of developing new business and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive commercial growth.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
