The Job Summary
Passenger and Light Truck Tires Key Account Manager is the interface between NAP and the customers (Retailers, Wholesalers, E-commerce, fleets and OEM's) in the respective area in KSA. The KAM should secure the sales targets in the respective region, Implementing the commercial policy is key factor to be successful in this role. Report directly to Regional Manager and align with colleagues in different regions. Exchanging info on products, price, promotion, people, place and process with national sales manager & the team. Regular market visits 90% in the market, to understand and update the daily activities. Technical / Job-Specific Competencies

- Implement the commercial policy for Passenger & Light Truck Tires products in the respective region and Target Achievement
- Making sure that tires sales target is achieved in term of unit and Target Collection achieved in Saudi Riyals
- Develop the retailers and Apply marketing activities.
- Align and report to regional manager regarding customers, market and competition regularly

- Develop the sales of existing customers
- Open new customers/channels (Retailers, Wholesalers, E-Commerce, fleets and OEM's) in the respective area
- Regularly updating the regional manager and National Sales Manage with 5P's and initiate the process with new customers
- 90% of the time must be in the market
- Find & analyse solution for all challenges in respective area
- Networking with all stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Making sure that marketing activities are implemented on customers level and provide regular feedback
- Apply the Techno-Commercial Approach

- Follow up tires Market positioning and report.
- Always making sure to maximize Profits by selling the high value tires
- Train and educate the customer with all updates related to tire industry
- Initiate the principle of Tire Awareness to End-Users and explain the benefits (ex. Safety and Comfortability, etc)

- Communicating competition activities (New Products, Pricing, Quality, etc..) in the market and update the direct report
- Visit OE Car Dealers & Collect info related to OE Tires on each car model and report to OW KAM

- Provide a strategic Service quality with retailers to improve our approach
- Align with marketing making sure brand implementation in the area to achieve the goals and implement the pricing strategy.
- Align with technical department and making sure that reporting is provided to End-Users.

- Sales & collection planning and tracking on Monthly, Quarterly and annual basis
- Converting the forecast into timely orders for all type of customers (Retailers, Wholesalers, E-commerce, fleets and OEM's)
- Timely review for AR's and making sure that it is paid in accordance with credit terms

- Track Inventories to support company with minimal stocks and maximise profits

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration; Engineering, or comparable fields focus on sales & Marketing

Experience
+3 years professional experience in automotive industry (Preferable tires)

Essential Job Pre-Requisites
- Track record in automotive industry (Preferable Tires)
- Negotiations, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong business acumen; result & details-oriented
- Advance knowledge in Tire products will be plus
- Communication, Analytical, and presentation skills
- Team worker
- Knowledge in ERP, MS Office (Excel, word, outlook & Power point) Power BI is plus
