Job Purpose
We are looking for
Gulf Key Account Manager responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts to drive sustainable business growth across the specialty/rare diseases portfolio. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, executing brand strategies on the ground, and ensuring excellence in account management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales Execution
- Manage key accounts including hospitals, institutions, and key decision-makers
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with brand and regional strategies
- Drive demand generation and ensure optimal product utilization within assigned accounts
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring ethical and compliant promotion
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, pharmacists, hospital committees, and administrators
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand Management, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure aligned execution
- Support implementation of brand campaigns, medical initiatives, and access activities at account level
- Provide field insights to support strategy refinement and decision-making
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitive activities, market trends, and account dynamics
- Provide accurate forecasting, sales reporting, and CRM updates
- Share actionable insights to support brand and portfolio growth
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company policies, compliance standards, and local regulation
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
Required Skills And Experience
- Strong understanding of hospital-based selling and complex account environments
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong customer focus and ownership mindset
- Strategic account planning and execution skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Minimum 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management. Experience in specialty care or rare diseases is a strong advantage
Required Languages
Fluent in English -Arabic is an added Value
