Key Account Manager

Job Title

Retail Key Account Manager (Field Based).

Job Purpose:

Business development within assigned retail accounts, engaging with all relevant stakeholders internally & externally, managing and unifying all company activities.

Responsibilities:

Achieving contracts annual/quarter sales targets of assigned retail accounts.

Account's replenishment, purchasing orders processing, validation, approvals, execution & follow up cycle.

Monthly follow up with accounts on sales in/out progress.

Communicate all commercial offers to accounts.

Conduct group meetings, RTDs, and training for pharmacies branches.

Regular visits to pharmacy branches to gain feedback.

Accounts action plan implementation, follow up & alignment with internal business partners.

Job Requirements, Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor degree in (Pharmacy, Vet Medicine, Science)

Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies Sales or Key Account Management.

Manosura resident is a must.

Own Car is a must.

Commercial understanding.

Leadership Skills.

Strong Negotiation, communication & networking Skills.
