Job Description

1. Sales Generation
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and expand the customer base.
  • Promote and sell Asset Management Software and Warehouse Management Software solutions.
  • Generate new opportunities through physical visits, cold calls, direct emails, databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Engage directly with end users, system integrators, and business decision-makers.
  • Understand customer requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals based on initial studies, questionnaires, and collected data.
  • Independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
2. ROI Analysis
  • Prepare project-specific Return on Investment analyses using company-provided formats.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all ROI documents and sensitive commercial information.
  • Obtain signed Non-Disclosure Agreements before sharing confidential product or solution details where required.
3. Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Activities
  • Conduct software presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.
  • Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and order closure.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Perform additional responsibilities aligned with the role and organizational requirements.
4. Reporting and Documentation
  • Report directly to the Sales Head or designated management.
  • Update all leads, activities, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM daily.
  • Present weekly reports covering prospects generated, customer visits, proposals, follow-ups, orders closed, invoicing, and sales forecasts.
  • Use company-prescribed reporting and presentation formats.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in software, SaaS, ERP, Asset Management, Warehouse Management, or enterprise solution sales.
  • Experience in Software or IT Solution Sales is mandatory. Hardware-only sales experience will not be considered.
  • Strong lead generation, presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Comfortable with field sales, direct customer visits, and cold calling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • UAE driving licence is preferred.
