Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to own and manage strategic client accounts while overseeing multiple initiatives on an end-to-end basis. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving account growth, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of projects from planning and budgeting through execution, marketing support, and profitability optimization. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple accounts while delivering consistent value.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and high client satisfaction
- Manage key accounts on a 360-degree basis, from onboarding and planning to execution and performance review
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear project plans, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless account delivery
- Liaise with external partners such as vendors, agencies, suppliers, and freelancers to support account requirements
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and account-driven initiatives
- Monitor account and project performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve margins and profitability
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
- Prepare and present regular account reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and management
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within agreed budgets
- Proactively identify risks, client concerns, or delivery challenges and provide effective, solution-oriented responses
- Remain responsive to client needs, including urgent requests and time-sensitive priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Technology, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager, Operations, or Business Development role (not applicable for fresh graduates)
- Hands-on experience managing clients within the UAE market, preferably Dubai (not applicable for fresh graduates)
- Female candidate with fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong planning, coordination, and account management capabilities
- Good understanding of marketing concepts and revenue-driven business models
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is an advantage
- Comfortable using modern technologies, including AI tools, with strong presentation and reporting skills
Salary Budget : 6000 - 8000 AED
