Key Account Manager Color Cosmetics

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead the growth of our color cosmetics portfolio across key retail partners in Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with major retailers, driving sell-out performance, and executing brand strategies in-store.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sales, with a deep understanding of modern trade, pharmacies, and beauty retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts (modern trade, pharmacies, beauty chains).
  • Negotiate annual trading agreements, promotions, and commercial terms.
  • Ensure optimal product listing, visibility, and distribution across accounts.

Sales Growth

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue, and profitability objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.

In-Store Execution

  • Coordinate in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Ensure strong brand visibility at point of sale.
  • Work closely with merchandising teams to maintain planogram compliance.

Business Planning

  • Develop joint business plans with key retail partners.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Support new product launches and brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 36 years experience in Key Account Management within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG
  • Strong relationships with retailers in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
