Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business
- Leading a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion & achieving the monthly team target.
- Responsible for strong regional & market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.
- Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.
- Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
- Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
- Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.
- Finalize customer inquiry for purchase and issue quotations and follow up
- Close the deal with the customer and make sure to issue PO and PDCS submitted by customers
- Have to meet monthly KPI set by the management for Invoice Target, Collection and Pipeline Management
- Responsible for extending working scope for cross department support. As a leader side, also support to his team.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Immediate Manager and Management.
Other Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and details oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- At least 8+ years experience in relevant field (Construction Machinery / Heavy Machinery) within theQatar.
- Bachelor's degree preferably Masters Degree in Marketing.
- English language (Required)
- Arabic Language (Added Advantage)
- Qatar Experience (Required)
- Qatar Driving License (Required)
