Hero Middle East & Africa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Sales Executive (Modern Trade) to manage and grow relationships with key customers. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, executing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with key and high-value accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with key customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
- Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
