1.Scope of Position
Manages high-value organized accounts generating at least 8M SAR annually each. Develops long-term, strategic partnerships with multiple stakeholders, ensuring SITAF is embedded in customer menu cycles, procurement processes, and future planning.
2.Key Responsibilities
1.Manage relationships with business owners, procurement teams, corporate chefs, and restaurant chefs.
2.Anticipate menu rotation and product needs, ensuring SITAF is the preferred partner.
3.Lead top-to-top meetings and monthly business reviews with customers and internally with Sales leadership team.
4.Introduce and scale-up new products into the mainstream portfolio.
5.Plan and execute customer strategies 12 years ahead.
6.Engage with Field Sales Representatives to ensure local execution.
7.Gathering and maintaining the Account & stakeholders Customer Master Data.
8.Produce and maintain the Accounts Rolling forecast by item.
9.Drive receivables collection within accounts.
3.Qualifications & Skills
1.5+ years experience in Key Account Management or Foodservice.
2.Proven ability to manage strategic accounts with multiple senior stakeholders.
3.Excellent planning, relationship building, and presentation skills.
4.Strong financial acumen and forecasting capability.
