Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our expanding team in the construction industry. This role is pivotal in managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction market and have a proven track record in managing major accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key clients within the construction industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales to existing key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise tailored solutions for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and account reviews to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to maximize profitability while addressing their needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies with client expectations and market demands.
  • Lead projects related to client onboarding, product launches, and issue resolution to enhance client experience.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a tactical approach to closing deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales data and customer feedback.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
