Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Visibility & Merchandising

Secure optimal shelf placement and products visibility

Ensure adherence with agreed visibility standards

2. Pharmacists engagement

Conduct regular pharmacists educational meetings

Ensure pharmacists recommendation for Cooper portfolio over competitors

3. Promotion & Campaign execution

Ensure execution of agreed promotional campaigns

Monitor effectiveness of marketing activities

4. Products availability

Monitor stocks levels & competitors availability/ consumption.

Ensure availability and prevent out of stock situations.

5. Pharmacy account management

Build strong relation with key customers.

Ensure implementation of commercial agreements and monitor monthly FCST.

Provide regular feedback on market dynamics.

6. New product launches

Support proper seeding of new added items

Ensure rapid products listing and availability in groups / scattered pharmacies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any healthcare related subject
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar position
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • UAE market knowledge
  • Product knowledge
  • Physically fit
