Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with suppliers and customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across our key industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and develop new suppliers and customers within the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing suppliers and customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1-3 years sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to exceed sales objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
