Job Title: Key Account Specialist Leasing Department
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Specialist to join our Leasing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting Operating Lease services to businesses and individuals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maintain lists of prospective customers from multiple sources (RFPs, trade shows, websites, referrals, etc.).
- Plan and execute daily sales calls and customer visits.
- Promote operating lease programs, explain commercial benefits, and recommend appropriate units.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals within approved profitability ratios.
- Maintain customer relationships, manage databases, resolve complaints, and pursue contract renewals.
- Conduct lost-customer analysis and report on unsuccessful offers.
- Visit customers with Finance Department staff to evaluate financial status and collect required documentation.
- Verify customer documentation and obtain necessary Credit and Legal approvals.
- Compute rental and leasing charges, coordinate with Fleet Team on availability and delivery.
- Prepare contracts and ensure timely delivery of units.
- Follow up on delayed payments as requested by Finance.
- Submit daily sales call plans and monthly turnover reports.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations (daily, monthly, periodic, ad hoc).
- Monitor business transactions, customer feedback, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records and process documentation on internal portals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma in Business Management, Sales Administration, or Sales Management is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Computer literacy and strong follow-up abilities.
- Innovative, creative, self-disciplined, and able to work well under pressure.
