Ansell is looking for a
Key Account Specialist Middle East to join our team, based in Dubai, UAE.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing, protecting, and expanding Ansell's strategic key accounts across primarily UAE and Saudi Arabia. Acting as a trusted advisor and educator, you will open doors to new stakeholders, deepen relationships with major customers, and drive long-term business growth through structured account strategies. This role requires a strong key-account mindset and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and distributor partners to deliver tailored solutions.

What your role will beAs a Key Account Specialist Middle East, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic key accounts in UAE and Saudi Arabia, building deep relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Develop and execute long-term key account strategies to grow share of wallet, improve customer penetration, and strengthen Ansell's position within major customers.
- Act as a customer educator and solution consultant, ensuring stakeholders understand Ansell's value proposition, product portfolio, safety solutions, and compliance standards.
- Identify, open, and develop new business opportunities within large accounts and projects, working closely with distributor partners to drive engagement at multiple levels.
- Conduct structured account profiling, opportunity mapping, and pipeline management in Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure visibility, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined execution.
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers, product management, technical, and supply chain teams to activate strategic initiatives, support tenders, and deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity, proactively recommending actions to defend and grow Ansell's business in UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and key-account reviews, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
