Job Description

Job Summary & Main Goal

As a Key Account Controller specializing in collection receivable follow-up with fleet companies for aftersales business, you will play a pivotal role in managing key customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing credit accounts, and driving business growth. This position requires a proactive approach, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of aftersales service solutions.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from fleet companies for aftersales services rendered.

Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely collections.

Collection Receivable Management

Cultivate strong relationships with fleet companies, serving as the primary point of contact for aftersales business.

Understand customer needs, challenges, and preferences to provide effective solutions.

Key Account Management

Increase credit accounts by identifying opportunities for credit extension and managing credit risk.

Drive business growth by bringing in new accounts, expanding service offerings, and fostering customer loyalty.

Credit Account Management and Business Development

Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Educate clients on aftersales service offerings and facilitate smooth communication.

Customer Communication and Support

Monitor collection receivable metrics, credit account status, customer engagement activities, and payment performance.

Prepare reports on key account activities, revenue generation, and business development initiatives.

Manage key account data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Generate reports on key account performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction indicators.

Performance Tracking , Reporting Data Management

Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and service level commitments with fleet companies.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms, pricing agreements, credit policies, and service delivery standards

Contract Management and Compliance

Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for key account meetings.

Collaborate with the sales team to support business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities.

Support Sales and Business Development

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field.

Educational requirements and professional certificates (minimum):

5 years experience in Automotive

  • Demonstrated experience in collection receivable management, key account sales, or aftersales business development in the automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of credit account management, business development strategies, aftersales service solutions, and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, financial tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Results-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
