We are looking for a Key Accounts Sales Senior Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key customers, address their spare parts needs, prepare quotations, and ensure timely order processing.
- Track stock availability, coordinate with logistics, and follow up on deliveries.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, resolve issues, and drive sales growth while maintaining strong partnerships.
- Utilize ERP systems effectively and apply product knowledge and technical expertise in spare parts.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in Key Accounts Management for spare parts in the KSA market.
