We are seeking a Key Accounts Specialist who will be responsible for providing senior-level technical, operational, and project coordination support for key electrical accounts, bulk supply customers, and strategic utility projects. The role acts as a primary technical focal point for key customers, ensuring quality service delivery, smooth project execution, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical focal point for key electrical accounts and bulk supply customers.
- Support the design, review, and implementation of electrical solutions for bulk electrical customers.
- Coordinate with clients, internal departments, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of bulk electrical projects.
- Monitor the performance, quality, efficiency, and reliability of bulk electrical operations and services.
- Review customer requirements, technical submissions, project documents, service requests, and project deliverables.
- Provide after-sales technical support, follow-up, and resolution of technical or service-related issues.
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex utility projects related to key accounts.
- Ensure service delivery is aligned with approved standards, customer expectations, and project timelines.
- Prepare performance summaries, customer feedback reports, technical updates, and recommendations for management review.
- Identify areas for improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives related to key account service delivery.
- Mentor engineers and team members involved in key account management, technical coordination, and service support.
- Support business continuity, risk management, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, approved procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to customer accounts, project activities, reports, and service issues.
- Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is required/preferred.
- Minimum 13+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, metering operations, key account management, utility operations, or utility project management.
- Strong experience in managing bulk customers and complex utility projects.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, utility operations, bulk supply arrangements, metering operations, and service delivery frameworks.
