Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead client relationship management, drive revenue growth, and oversee strategic accounts in the software solutions industry with a strong preference for healthcare sector experience. The candidate will manage end-to-end client engagement, including bidding, tenders, and large-scale healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts within healthcare and enterprise software domains.
- Lead the tendering and bidding process (RFP, RFQ, proposal submissions).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and government stakeholders.
- Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements in Saudi Arabia .
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 36 years proven experience in Key Account Management, ideally in Software/Healthcare solutions.
- Strong experience in government tenders / bidding processes.
- Solid understanding of software solutions (ERP, HIS, EMR, Cloud, or Healthcare IT systems).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Based in Riyadh with flexibility for travel.
