Description
We are looking for an experienced Khaleeji Chef who specializes in traditional Gulf cuisine and can consistently deliver authentic flavors and high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook traditional Khaleeji dishes (ie., Kabsa, Mandi rice, Machboos,Luqaimat, Saloona) according to established recipes
- Ensure authenticity in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Manage daily food preparation and cooking operations
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Monitor ingredient quality and proper storage
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Khaleeji Chef or in Gulf cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional spices, cooking methods, and dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a professional attitude
