Kids Development Manager / Family Enrichment Mentor

We are a private family seeking a highly capable Kids Development Manager to design and coordinate a structured enrichment environment for three children (ages 13, 11, and 6).

This is a premium mentoring and coordination role, not a nanny or traditional tutoring position. The successful candidate will help expose the children to diverse skills, build confidence and independence, and maintain a balanced routine aligned with a modern, growth-focused lifestyle.

CORE OBJECTIVES

• Develop a healthy rhythm of physical, creative, and character-building activities.
• Encourage discipline, curiosity, and confidence through positive mentorship.
• Coordinate external coaches, academies, and enrichment programs across Dubai.
• Support family values while maintaining a respectful and collaborative environment with parents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Enrichment Planning

• Design a weekly structure including sports, creative activities, and leadership experiences.
• Introduce age-appropriate skill exploration opportunities.

Mentor & Activity Coordination

• Research and liaise with premium academies, coaches, and programs.
• Arrange trial sessions and manage scheduling/logistics.

Child Development Guidance

• Encourage goal setting and consistency in a calm, motivating manner.
• Support social confidence, communication, and independence.

Progress Communication

• Provide a concise monthly development summary to parents.
• Offer insights on engagement, strengths, and areas for growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for an individual who combines professionalism with warmth and emotional intelligence.

Preferred background:

Youth coaching, sports, performing arts, education, or child development

Experience working with families or enrichment programs in Dubai

Personal qualities:

Strong communication skills

Ability to inspire without pressure

This role is not suitable for traditional nannies or purely academic tutors.

WORK STRUCTURE

• Approx. 1525 hours per week (flexible)
• Primarily after-school hours and selected weekends
• Combination of planning, coordination, and hands-on mentorship
