Job Summary:
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, and install Kitchen/Laundry equipment to meet hotel standards.
- Perform regular testing and maintenance of kitchen/laundry equipment.
- Conduct PAT testing on portable appliances as required.
- Complete work orders, PPM & CWAs, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety procedures.
Candidate Profile:
- High School Diploma
- Electrical Trade Certificate
- 5+ years as a Kitchen Technician in hospitality
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen/laundry equipment and safety
