Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support kitchen operations: Assist with basic food preparation and assigned kitchen tasks under the guidance of chefs and department leaders while gaining hands-on experience.
• Maintain food quality and hygiene: Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards to help ensure a safe and high-quality kitchen environment.
• Gain culinary experience: Learn and develop practical skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen organization, and hotel culinary operations.
• Support team collaboration: Assist chefs and colleagues across the kitchen while contributing to a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
• Support kitchen organization: Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of ingredients, equipment, and work areas.
