Cinemacity has opened its newest venue in Abu Dhabi featuring three state-of-the-art kitchens, live entertainment, a licensed private members club, theatres creating a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere with mixed dining and cuisine. We are seeking experienced chefs to lead an innovative project focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

We are seeking candidates who have been exposed to structured, high-standard environments such as Michelin-level. Candidates with fine dining, à la carte, or chef-driven concepts are welcome to apply.
The Senior Sous Chef is the second-in-command of the kitchen, directly supporting the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary standards aligned with fine dining and Michelin-level expectations. This role ensures operational excellence, consistency in execution, leadership of the brigade, and strict adherence to quality, hygiene, and cost controls.
The Pastry Chef is responsible for leading the pastry and dessert program, delivering refined, innovative, and technically precise creations that align with the restaurant's fine dining and Michelin-level standards. This role combines creativity, discipline, and operational control to ensure consistency, excellence, and a memorable guest experience.
The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific kitchen section with full ownership, ensuring the highest standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation. This role is critical in maintaining consistency, discipline, and execution during service, aligned with fine dining and Michelin-level expectations.
The Commis Chef supports the kitchen brigade in daily preparation and service, developing fundamental culinary skills while maintaining discipline, consistency, and hygiene standards aligned with fine dining and Michelin-level environments. This role is focused on learning, execution, and progression within the kitchen hierarchy.
The Pastry Commis Chef supports the pastry team in daily preparation and production, developing fundamental pastry skills while maintaining the highest standards of precision, hygiene, and consistency. This role is designed to build strong technical foundations in a structured, fine dining environment aligned with Michelin-level expectations.
The Stewarding team ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all kitchen and back-of-house areas. This role is fundamental to maintaining a safe, efficient, and disciplined working environment that supports Michelin-level culinary operations.
