KITCHEN POSITIONS: KITCHEN MANAGER | SOUS CHEF | BAKER | ASSISTANT BAKER

The Positions

Full-time, on-site kitchen roles:

Kitchen Manager (Operations, leadership & cost control)

Sous Chef (Kitchen leadership & culinary execution)

Baker (Artisanal pastry & daily bread production)

Assistant Baker (Preparation & baking support)

What You'll Do

Oversee daily kitchen operations, team coordination, and inventory management (Manager roles)

Prepare, cook, and bake high-quality menu items and pastries with precision

Maintain strict restaurant-grade food safety, hygiene, and equipment standards

Manage production schedules to ensure fresh, consistent daily output

Ensure absolute consistency and quality in every dish and baked good

Contribute to menu development, cost optimization, and culinary improvements

What We're Looking For

Relevant restaurant, bakery, or café kitchen experience (Leadership experience required for Manager/Sous Chef roles)

Strong culinary, baking, or kitchen management skills tailored to your position

Expert-level knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

Physical stamina for a fast-paced, on-site work environment

Unwavering passion for premium quality and consistency
